EA Access Available On Xbox One Now

by

EA has launched EA Access on the Xbox One recently, though we’re still unsure if the monthly subscription program is worth our time and money. For $29.99 per year, you can gain access to the EA Vault, which is basically a bunch of older titles that include FIFA 14, Battlefield 4, Madden NFL 25, and Peggle 2. The number of games will grow over time, however.

EA Access members can gain early access to EA titles for up to 5 days before the standard release date. Should you buy the full game after the trial period, your save files will transfer over.

A press release reads:

Digital purchases of EA games for Xbox One, downloadable content and virtual currency made available on Xbox Live will be 10% off for EA Access members. So if you liked what you played during your early trial, you can purchase the game for your collection at a 10% discount as soon as it’s released. It also means purchases of Digital Expansion Packs and Battlepacks in Battlefield or new packs in FIFA Ultimate Team are all 10% off.

Are you willing to pay for Xbox Live Gold, EA Access, and any other subscription service you may have running in the background? We probably won’t.
