F1 2013 Coming October

And more racing news for the day. Codemasters has confirmed that F1 2013 will be released on October 4th for the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.

The big feature of the upcoming F1 game is the tie-in of classic cars from the 80s and 90s for fans to race with. Gamers who opt to purchase the F1 2013 Classics Edition will have access to a larger garage to hold all these new classic cars in style. The Classics Edition will be like a Collector’s Edition and cost more than the standard version.

Those who do not wish to spend more money at launch can still get their hands on new DLC after purchasing the standard edition of the game. These will be available to purchase after release.

Codemasters also revealed some other new features coming to F1 2013, such as tire changes and remodeled handling to coincide with the changes of the 2013 season.
