Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes Dated


We’ve now got a release date for the upcoming action/adventure game Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes. An interview with Hideo Kojima, via Xbox Wire, revealed the release date, two new trailers and Raiden-themed DLC. Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes will launch March 18th, 2014.

The new trailers released, seen below, reveal that each mission will have two difficulty settings, allowing the AI and enemy aggressiveness to be amped up at the player’s will. This settings change will be applicable to the main mission and a variety of “Side Ops” bonus missions.

Kojima also revealed an Xbox-exclusive mission, he did not confirm if it was a timed exclusive or fully exclusive, however. The ‘Jamais Vu’ mission features a Cuban naval base invaded by body-snatchers. Cyborg-ninja Raiden will be required to save the world from this nefarious, out of this world plot.

Ground Zeroes will be released on March 18 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
