PS1 icon Abe cancelled for PlayStation All-Star Battle Royale

Devastating news has fallen on Oddworld fans today as Stewart Gilray CEO of Oddworld Inhabitants, Inc. posted on Twitter.

We were to get Abe in DLC in April or May, but they cancelled us.

Recently Sony announced they have disbanded PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale developer SuperBot Entertainment and that Sony Santa Monica studios would be responsible of Playstation All-Stars future downloadable content.

Since SuperBot Entertainment’s departure, some of all stars DLC has been postponed until further notice or cancelled altogether.
