AMD have announced their new “Never Settle Reloaded Bundle Campaign” which will give PC gamers some free upcoming games depending on their purchase of a new AMD graphics card. One of those games is the new Tomb Raider reboot, in their description they teased some PC exclusive features to be included.
The Tomb Raider PC exclusive features will include optimized controls, silhouette-enhancing tessellation, per-pixel displacement mapping tessellation, MLAA, and HDAO support. Also mentioned was a secret DX11 effect that has yet to be announced.
Along with these great PC features, Tomb Raider will also include higher resolution textures. Tomb Raider will be ported to the PC by the same developers, Nixxes, who handled Deux Ex: Human Revolution and Hitman: Absolution.
The new Tomb Raider reboot lets players experience how Lara Croft came to be the fierce fighter and survivor she is today. Players must take control of Lara as her boat is marooned on a tropical island with her friends. There the fight begins against dangerous predators and a group of vicious mercenaries.
Tomb Raider will be available for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on March 5th, 2013.
