Total War: Rome 2 – Teutoburg Walkthrough

Sega and The Creative Assembly have a released the first good look at Total War: Rome 2 gameplay. The Teutoburg Walkthrough shows is the famous battle that took place within the Teutoburg Forest between the Roman Legions and the Germanic Tribes.

The video is nearly eleven minutes long and shows fans the new HUD layout and look along with some very detailed gaming. The units and the world they occupy look to be built with great care, everything looks perfect.

Combat looks to be even more brutal than in the previous Rome: Total War. With men and beast falling by the wayside at every glance. Just watching the cut-scenes throughout give you a sense of the brutality and intense fighting that took place within those trees.

Total War: Rome 2 will be released sometime in 2013 exclusively for the PC. You can check out the official game site for more info and the pre-order announcement when it comes.
